1Disclaimer

This software (Mewmodoro) is provided "as is". The developer makes no express or implied warranties regarding its fitness for a particular purpose, expected functions, commercial value, accuracy, usefulness, or absence of bugs and defects.

The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages (including but not limited to data loss, business delays, hardware failures, mental distress) arising from the use or inability to use this software.

However, only in cases where damage is caused by the developer's intentional act or gross negligence, the developer shall compensate the user for such damage up to the actual amount paid by the user to purchase this software. Please use at your own risk.

2License and Purchase Terms

Management of License Information

  • Please keep the issued license key and the email address used at the time of purchase strictly under your own responsibility. If the license cannot be restored due to loss of the email address or incorrect input, the developer is not obligated to reissue it.
  • The number of devices that can be activated simultaneously per license is 1. (*When replacing your PC, you can deactivate the old device on the sales platform yourself)
  • Transfer, loan, resale, and publication of the license key to third parties on the internet are strictly prohibited. In the event of unauthorized use, the license in question may be deactivated or revoked without prior notice.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of this product as digital software data, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds for customer convenience after purchase or license key issuance.
  • Before purchasing, please be sure to check whether it works properly on your environment (Windows) before purchasing.

3Scope of Support and Updates

  • This software is developed assuming it will be used in the current operating environment (Windows 11 only). Persistent operation under future large-scale OS updates or specification changes is not guaranteed.
  • Bug fixes and addition of new features (updates) are performed at the developer's discretion, and we do not promise to address all bug fixes or user requests.
  • Due to circumstances of the developer, the publication, sale, and support of this software may be terminated without prior notice. Please understand in advance.
