1Mewmodoro Installation Guide
Mewmodoro is an application independently developed and therefore does not hold an enterprise digital signature (certificate).
Because of this, your OS might show a security warning upon the first installation. However, there is no need to worry about viruses, so please proceed with the installation following these steps:
- Double-click the downloaded installer file (with a
.exeextension). - When a blue screen appears saying "Windows protected your PC", click "More info" in the text.
- Click the "Run anyway" button that appears in the bottom right to start the installation.
2When an Activation Limit Error Occurs
If you replace your PC or reinstall the app after deleting it, you might see an "Activation Limit" error when you enter your license key.
This happens because the system still holds the previous installation's authentication info.
Please follow the steps below to deactivate your old license from the Lemon Squeezy platform, which will instantly free up the slot for your new device.
Steps to deactivate the old license
2Login with your purchase email address
Enter the email address you used to purchase Mewmodoro and press the login button.
A Magic Link will be sent to your email. Click the link in the email to log in directly. (*No password is required)
3Select Mewmodoro from your order history
Once you log in, your previous orders will be displayed. Find your "Mewmodoro" order and click it to see the details.
4Open the license management screen
On the detailed order page, click on the section that says "License" or where your license key is displayed.
5Deactivate your old device
A list of devices (Instances) currently activated with that license key will appear.
Click the "Deactivate" button next to the device you no longer use.
🎉 Your old authentication is now reset, opening a slot for your license!
Return to the Mewmodoro app you just installed, enter your license key again, and Activate.
